What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect your name and phone number, and any email address, suburb, service and job description you choose to add. We also receive the web address of the page you sent it from. If you call or email us, we collect what you tell us. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers automatically receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you view.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out the work and keep records of it. We do not sell your information.

Enquiry form and spam protection

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Turnstile may use cookies or similar technology and looks at some browser information to do this. Your enquiry is then saved in our secure database and emailed to our team through Cloudflare's email service.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. When an enquiry is sent, we record that it happened and which service it was for, but not your details. You can block cookies in your browser settings or opt out using Google's tools.

Who else handles your information

Cloudflare hosts this website, stores enquiries and delivers the notification emails, and Google provides analytics. We may also share your information with suppliers, installers or other service providers who help us do the work you asked for, and where the law requires. They may only use it for that purpose.

Overseas handling

Cloudflare and Google may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to use providers with appropriate security.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. We keep enquiries and job records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our business and legal record keeping, then delete or de-identify them.

Access and corrections
